HOME HEALTH CARE FOUNDATION

VNA is the only St. Louis nonprofit community-based organization that serves health care needs of the St. Louis metropolitan community. Services include hospice care, influenza and travel immunizations, disease management, and wellness programs. Because of our commitment to continue to provide these services, Visiting Nurse Association Home Health Care Foundation was formed. The Foundation provides scholarships for nursing, occupational therapy, and physical therapy students.
